The system flash
The Apurture System Flash MG-68 is a manually operated flash with variable zoom reflector, which can be adjusted in 8 stages. You can, for instance, adapt the angle of illumination to the lens used. The wide-angle diffusion disc even enables an angle of illumination with a focal length of 18mm, whereby the system flash is also suitable for wide angle illumination.
Operating comfort and flexible settings
The power of the MG-68 can be regulated from 1/128 to 1/1, which enables a highly accurate power regulation. The device comes with a socket for connecting an external battery pack and a X-sync socket for connecting a Sync Cord. This enables even longer working with the Apurture System Flash or synchronous triggering when used as an external flash. The S1 mode activates the installed photo or sync cell, while S2 activates the pre-flash function.
Indirect flashing
The white reflector disc reflects part of the light towards the motif and the rest is indirectly passed on, e.g. via the ceiling. This way the system flash ensures even illumination and shadowing behind the motif is considerably reduced. The possibility of indirect flashing by turning the flash reflector horizontally or tilting it vertically also reduces shadowing behind the motif.
Good workmanship and extensive range of accessories
The Aputure System Flash shows high-quality workmanship. The hot shoe is made of metal and of very sturdy design. Low wear ensures a long lifetime. The flash stand included in the scope of delivery enables the use as an external flash, so that you can use the flash without tripod. The included transport bag protects the flash and ensures safe transportation.
